Rob Robson (Founder)
8Connect Consulting combines my passion for performance psychology and experience in organisational change.
After an early career with PwC Consulting, I’ve supported and led change in a broad range of organisations including Tata Technologies (European HR Director), Jaguar Land Rover, Superdrug, National Grid, HSBC, SABMiller, NHS, Sport Ireland and Prostate Cancer UK.
Rob is a leadership coach and developer with over 20 years of experience leading development programmes across a range of sectors and geographies. His focus in on psychological aspects of leadership and performance, including resilience and motivation. A certified Apter coach he is also a triathlon coach and triathlete.
Liz is an experienced change and organisational development consultant with a specialism in healthcare and government. A certified Apter coach, her working style is highly collaborative, delivery focused and underpinned by excellent interpersonal skills. Liz is Non-Executive Chair at Age UK Plymouth.
Susanne Evans is a pragmatic and practical consultant and coach, with over 20 years experience in organisation change, project management and leadership. Her consulting work and recent PhD (University of Birmingham) focuses on using storytelling and appreciative inquiry techniques to increase involvement and engagement with change.
